Yeah some people spend a bomb on promos which are worth less than the normal version when it comes out. Just cos they cant wait a month or two....stupidity.

Well, we'd predicted most of those...except for this "Good night" track. Anyone heard of that before?
And Blitzkrieg won't be on it. Damn. Ah well, maybe that'll be their "Sgt. Pepper"! Jamie did say it would go top ten, remember? Or maybe he's changed his mind Rolling Eyes

EDIT: 17 quid already? Christ! Patience lads, patience!

yeah maybe 'goodnight' was kept under wraps like moving to blackwater? or it could just be a phony tracklisting?

it looks very good anyway. cant wait!

With the stuff ive heard so far, I'm very confident that the album will do a LOT better than racecar: its more specific to an audience, MUCH better production, catchier and more accessible songs, and I think the label will spend a lot more money on promoting it etc.

yeah i agree. i love racecar. its got really fucking great songs on it but i think vfvd will work better as a record. ive only heard five tunes off the new record (blamethrower, kick in the mouth, some mothers, everytime a teen and alpha signal 3) so im only going on those five.

the songs are a bit more instant and rounded.

Its more of an actual album, with a certain sound. Rather than a collection of "greatest hits" like racecar. Should be great!

aye hopefully it'll be like when biffy brought out the 2nd album which was a lot more varied and cohesive than the first which was 12 of the songs they had been playing for about three years.
